Class Rules

We had a class discussion regarding class/school rules today. Our students had many great ideas, so I will try to summarise what was discussed and decided. The word respect was thrown around, so we tried to explain how we could do this:

- Act kindly
- Have fun, but don't make fun of each other  
- Prevent someone from forcing someone to do something
- Play with everyone. If someone's alone ask them to play
- Pause if someone doesn't like something, or is about to lose their temper
- No pranks, teasing or nicknames

- Listen to the one who speaks in class

To this I'll add raising ones hand to get the word in class. But, we've been fairly decent at this the past week. For some it was easy to help make the rules, and for others a little harder. This could be in relation to us normally only have to follow rules already set in place.
